Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
