Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing information about our internet services, pricing, and packages.
- Assisting customers with technical support issues, including troubleshooting internet connectivity problems.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Familiarity with internet services and basic technical knowledge is a plus.
