Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and submit permit applications to Michigan municipalities.
- Document and maintain permit approvals and project statuses.
- Provide administrative support and act as a liaison with internal teams.
- Conduct research and maintain records of municipal standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with city officials, designers, and construction crews to overcome challenges.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule through effective issue resolution.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complexities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telecom or construction-related experience preferred.
- Experience in telecom, permitting, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Legal knowledge beneficial but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
